Sift the matcha: Sift 2g of TheOther matcha through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove any lumps.
Whisk to froth: Add 60ml of hot (not boiling) water and whisk in an “M” shape until a thick, smooth froth forms.
Serve: Pour into a cup and top up with water or your milk of choice.

Matcha is harvested three times from the same field. The first harvest contains the highest levels of antioxidants that support internal cleansing, L-theanine which helps balance energy levels and delivers caffeine without intense spikes and crashes.

Saemidori matcha which is a premium, single-cultivar matcha from the Uji region of Japan, known for its vibrant, bright green color, high amino acid content, and minimal bitterness. It offers a smooth, creamy, and sweet flavor profile with distinct umami, making it ideal for both traditional matcha and lattes.

Stone-ground matcha preserves the natural sweetness and delicate aromas with the unique umami that Uji matcha is known for. The slow stone-grinding process creates a finer texture and richer flavor profile, delivering a smoother, more vibrant matcha experience.
