Sift the matcha: Sift 2g of TheOther matcha through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove any lumps.
Whisk to froth: Add 60ml of hot (not boiling) water and whisk in an “M” shape until a thick, smooth froth forms.
Serve: Pour into a cup and top up with water or your milk of choice.
